Kussen Clothing Returns and Exchange Policy

At Kussen Clothing, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Returns
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in resellable condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@kussen.co.uk with your order details.
Shipping Costs: Returns are free; however, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it’s in resellable condition, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. They do not have to be like-for-like items.
Process: To request an exchange, email us at info@kussen.co.uk with your order information and the details of the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
Additional Charges: If the new item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference before we can ship it.
